Support for Affected People

We want to be an easily accessible resource for students at the University of Jena who experience discrimination or oppression in everyday university life. It is important to us to take your individual perspectives seriously and to support you in the ways that you would like us to. This could be, for example:

Emotional & practical support

You want to tell us about your experience and would like to take specific steps in dealing with it? We would be happy to have a confidential conversation at eye level and develop ideas together. You don't have to be alone!

Representation of interests

Have you come across a structural problem (e.g. in your examination office) and perhaps already have an idea of how to improve it? We would be happy to bring your concerns to the political committees of our university. Anonymously, of course.

Further mediation

We are quite well networked in Jena and know of many other support services within and beyond our university. We are happy to share our network knowledge with you so you can quickly and easily find the support you wish for.

Focus on the perspectives of the people affected!
Antisemitism, antimuslim racism and the situation in Gaza.
